How to prevent corrosion of fire pipes

It is recommended to use polyethylene anti-corrosion adhesive tape with a special primer for external anti-corrosion of the pipeline. This anti-corrosion process does not require high requirements on the construction site and is pollution-free. It can be prefabricated for corrosion protection, and the joints can be repaired after welding flaw detection and pressure test. It can be backfilled, the construction period of this process is short, and the anti-corrosion effect is good.

The anti-corrosion requirements of buried pipelines require that the ordinary grade of epoxy coal tar pitch is thicker than 0.3mm. Process: First coat a layer of primer and then a three-layer coat; if the thickness of epoxy coal pitch paint is greater than 0.6mm, first coat a layer of primer and then coat Topcoat.

Epoxy coal tar paint special reinforced grade thickness greater than 0.8mm, first coat a primer, then a topcoat, wrap a layer of glass cloth, then a topcoat, wrap a layer of glass cloth, then a topcoat, and wrap a layer of glass Then apply two topcoats, epoxy coal tar pitch is now the most suitable environment temperature for construction is 5℃~30℃.
