The processing of the outer anti-corrosion layer of the anti-corrosion steel pipe must strictly follow the design requirements and relevant national standards. Rust removal must reach Sa2.5 level, and the primer must be applied within 2 hours after the rust removal is completed. After the primer is dry, the anti-corrosion layer can be made with three cloths and five oils. Every time a piece of glass cloth is processed and a piece of epoxy coal tar pitch is applied, the second layer of anti-corrosion must be done after it dries, otherwise, the anti-corrosion layer will be easily damaged during transportation and installation, and the quality of the anti-corrosion layer will directly affect the direct burial pipe life. After the anti-corrosion layer is finished, the thickness and adhesion must be sampled and inspected according to the regulations, so that the appearance is smooth, with no wrinkles and bubbles, and the glass cloth mesh is filled with paint. Finally, use an electric cremation leak detector to conduct an electrical inspection of the anti-corrosion layer, and the leak detection voltage is 3000 volts.
