Stainless steel pipe installation

1) The type, specification, and quality of stainless steel pipes, components, and welding materials must meet the design requirements and specifications.
2) The positions of supports, hangers, and brackets should be correct, flat, and firm, and the backing plate in contact with the pipe should be made of the same material as the pipe (a non-metal backing plate can also be used), and it should be in close contact with the pipe. The boom of the hanger should be vertical, the threads should be complete, the rust and dirt should be removed, the paint should be uniform, without missing coating, and the adhesion should be good.
3) The welding equipment adopts ZXG-300-1 (21.6KW) argon arc welding machine; the welding material is stainless steel argon arc welding wire with a diameter of 3. There shall be no defects such as blackening, slag, and tungsten spatter on the surface of the argon arc welding seam.
4) After the well water pipeline system is installed, carry out the strength test. The medium is well water. During the hydraulic test, the air should be released and filled with water to pressurize. The test pressure should not be less than 0.6Mpa, and the pressure drop within 10 minutes should not be greater than 0.05 Mpa, and then reduce the test pressure to the working pressure for visual inspection, and it is qualified if there is no leakage. Pipeline flushing shall be carried out continuously with well water, and sufficient flow shall be ensured. It is advisable to select an appropriate location for the water inlet and outlet of the pipeline flushing and to ensure that the impurities in the pipeline are washed away. When flushing, the maximum pressure and flow rate that may be achieved in the system are carried out, and the flow rate is not less than 1.5m/s.
