Original surface: 1 surface that is heat treated and pickled after hot rolling. Generally used for cold-rolled materials, industrial tanks, chemical industry equipment, etc., with thicker thicknesses ranging from 2.0MM-8.0MM. Stainless steel pipe processing plants also have matte surfaces, 2B cold rolled, heat treated, pickled, and then finished rolled to make the surface moderately bright. Because the surface is smooth, it is easy to re-grind, making the surface brighter, and can be used in a wide range of applications, such as tableware, building materials, etc. Surface treatments that improve mechanical properties are suitable for almost all uses.

Blunt surface: 2D cold rolled, heat treated, and pickled. The material is soft and the surface is silvery white. It is used for deep stamping processing, such as automobile components, water pipes, etc. Coarse grit 3 is a product ground with a 100-120 grinding belt. It has better gloss and discontinuous rough lines. Used in building interior and exterior decoration materials, electrical products kitchen equipment, etc. Fine sand is also a surface processing grade product often produced by stainless steel pipe processing plants.
